I was paralyzed knowing where to begin. The first thing I was told after meeting Lisa was that everything was going to be okay. She was right. I was so busy with work everything needed to be handed over to her and she took care of all of it with a smile. Her work and attention to detail was better than I ever expected and she made a tough time in my life so much easier.
I did not want to deal with finding a new apartment. I was also concerned about this process being as discreet as possible. TDM asked what I was looking for, pointed out things I never would have thought of, handled my personal details with incredible discretion and understanding and took care of everything without stress or pressure. They previewed the apartments ahead of time and I was given a choice of apartments to look at in one appointment. Instead of this dragging out for weeks, from start to finish it took a couple of days and the apartment is perfect for me and my kids.
My first concern were my kids and how they would respond to the divorce. Lisa instinctively understood the needs of my children and how to make them happy. My kids love their new rooms. She found us a nanny the kids love and that has been a huge weight off my shoulders. Lisa went above the call of duty and there is no way I would have been able to do any of this without her.
Lisa gets it. She was there every step of the way and without her I don’t know what I would have done. She was there to point out not just what I needed but how to do it without being stressed out. My apartment is nicer than I thought possible, my kids are happy and when it was time to take my kids on our first vacation, she set up an amazing trip that we still laugh about. Her referrals for services were spot on and she found a tutor for my kids that has made afterschool on the days I have them so much easier.
